The difference between hedging and martingale - RobotFX Fluid (aka how to hedge)

And even more never heard of hedging. That explains why so many losers. I know that many brokers don't allow hedging for citizens of certain countries. IMO, you should either stop trading or ask some of your friends from abroad to open and share an account with you. And as if it's not enough, they (brokers) also advocate for the necessity of using tight stop-losses - the easiest way to slowly (but surely) take all your money... legally. I am only hoping that this video will explain everything and that everyone will understand the difference between hedging and martingale. 5. Maybe you should also mention that this style will only work in trending market. If somebody use it in ranging market, this technique probably going to make them cry.
   
   May I ask, how many pip is you used as limit before open another order?
   I see that you use XM. Does they really allow this technique?
6. As a professional trader the risk is the same, if you find your self in a recovery zone were you have to keep doubling your lots size and trade refuse to break out leading to 10 to 15 orders of doubled lots size on every single order and also considering the spread , swap your account will blow
7. martingale is the doubling system itself 1,2,4,8,16
   regardless same or opposite direction
8. I have been using that system to trade forex and its been working great, its all about common sense.i called it protective trading.a sucessfull trader is someone who does not only think about winning but manage each trade to the end.

14. What are you doing if the trend is ranging? 3-4 times are no problem. I saw charts that ranged up to 10 times. that blows your account. ok - you can start the first trade with a micro-lot, but it also gets bigger. I don`t know if you stay cool if there are 10 hedging-trades open. Think about this before your trading this strategy. If anybody has an idea how to manage a ranging chart - please tell me. thanks
