The Evolution of my Silver/Gold Investing Strategy

I have been investing in gold and silver for quite a while now, but I haven't used the same investment strategy all along. Over time my strategy has changed and been refined. This video details the strategy I use and why I use it.

5. excellent points  when and if the shtf who cares about what the coins look like, as long as its silver..i buy only the lowest silver over spot...not a collector at all. Same with gold..
6. ive been finding sterling silver at thrift shops real cheap. platters, spoons, scrap jewelry, etc.

11. One question, which every "investor" should be asking here is where is the gain? I feel as if collector and investor are not being used correctly in the precious metal community here on youtube. How much actual profit did you make this month on your investment? None? Then there is no investment strategy here.

17. Very similar strategy. I wanted the most for the least price. Started with silver and gold bullion from provident. As my stack grew I wanted something more to look at. I currently put 80-90% into bullion, from there I invest 10-20% into a collector coin or something special.
18. Always loved  the Maple Leaf,  just got the 25th Anniversary Maples and at $16.20 a oz, I will be picking up some more.
