  14. Fun fact: if everyone in the US bought a cheeseburger every day for 14 and a half years, assuming the cheeseburger was $4, you'd still be short of how much John says people spent on the lottery (just under 68 billion)
  15. In terms of probability, to play the lottery say once every now and then is fine, you go from 1 in infinity to 1 in 170 million, a staggering probability change. However buying any more than one is nonsensical, as the probability change is negligible.
  16. The government feeding on the hopes and dreams of the poor by lying to fund the hopes and dreams of the poor. How about no.
  17. You could play 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 , 6 for numbers. They won't come in right? Fact. The odds are just the same as any other number combo. But what if I play the same numbers every week. Does it increase my odds? No. Every drawing is a fresh start when it comes to playing numbers. It doesn't matter. Don't play the lottery. It's a tax on the poor.
  18. @john Oliver please do a video on the war of credit unions verse banks... wells Fargo and chase will be brought down, credit unions for the people by the people, please spread the awareness. your debt buyer video inspired me.
  19. Nothing but a sinister fraud !
  20. I live in Alabama. no lottery. many people here can't afford college, especially white lower mid class males. next door in Georgia, they have a lottery, and all high school grads in good standing go to college free, unless there's been a recent change. also alabama teachers make less, and have to provide many classroom materials personally. things like soap, paper towels, extra pencils, etc.
