4. Grant Cardone Hey Grant, heard about you from a friend a week ago and already finished reading your book the 10X rule. really enjoyed it. but I do have a question for you.
   my wife and I live in Alberta Canada. to buy real estate here you need either 5% on 1-2 units or 10% on 3-4 units like a four Plex(if you occupy one of the units).
   we're saving and in about a year and a half we will have $46000 for a down payment. the more I watch your videos the more I'm thinking about buying an apartment building but it seems impossible with the market here. a duplex is about $400,000. the only thing I can think of doing is buying a duplex and after renting half of it for a year or 2, sell it and use the profit for the next down payment...I'm not sure what to think about it. what do you think?
