The psychology of trading | Alessio Rastani | TEDxManchester

This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Alessio trades the markets by using a proven and tested trading plan (similar to a business plan) which sets out in detail the following: (1) a precise entry and a precise exit into and out of the markets -- no guesswork!; (2) when to take profits; (3) how to limit risk; (4) money management on every trade and; (5) maintaining a healthy trading psychology. Alessio Rastani is a 10 year Financial Markets Trading Veteran, and at the age of 34 has become a widely followed and respected trading mentor releasing countless reports and online training on subjects ranging from stock markets, technical analysis and day trading. Alessio hosts monthly free online training sessions where he gives the most up-to-date information on trading. About TEDx, x = independently organized event In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)

  1. he actually knows these markets, you fools do not... and actually top economists were predicting the same crash he did in 2014... you people have no idea how volatile markets can be, it is extremely hard to predict the markets.
  2. He was wrong.
  3. What a bullshit! You are not a trader for sure.
  4. It was pretty good. He said some shit wrong but it was more like his story not facts. What would you say he said that was stupid? Please tell me I'm not being sarcastic I want to know
  5. Dear speaker,
I guess you must care about informing your audience.
Please find and read "Thinking fast and slow" by Daniel Kahneman to see how most of your points were invalid and biased.
  6. Thank you Mr Rastani for the great presentation.
  7. ok... so.. you buy... when do you sell? never?
  8. Wasted 14 minutes of my life listening his baseless blabbering
  9. If you want to win over 85% of your trades and make over 200 dollars/day trading options online then go here: HootStocks. com
  10. ... so... real big "correction" we had in 2014 LOL
  11. All the Insiders (Funds etc.) buy when the stupid sell, because they have the knowledge. I dont beleive that. The small and stupid private investors are to small to infect the market.
  12. WHO IS THIS FOOLISH MAN? What the heck. Are you even making money trading? Man.. are you illusioned or do you really believe your method is THE way to go? Its pretty obvious that you are not a profitable trader
  13. 4:50 he expected a big crash in 2014 and did not happen. lol
  14. Very good trading video. I personally make about 200 dollars each day net profit trading online. If you want a free consultation on how I do this send me an email here: toshtao@gmail. com
  15. TedX is a real step down from Ted Talks....
  16. Real traders would keep any useful information to themselves and make big money on it instead of selling their methods through TEDx talks or seminars.
  17. But "ordinary people" usually don't invest in stocks at all so who are "most people" because I don't know anyone who invests in stock except traders.
  18. Economic forecasts are completely worthless, that's true enough. It's for guys who like analyzing lots of different data and never getting it right AND are not held accountable for their forecasts. Attention seekers and "educators".
Rest is simpleton garbage, as expected from a marketer.
  19. this guy is speaking the truth but his predictions didnt eventuate
  20. Noob, lol, kid needed some ego boost.
