  1. You want to know who caused the crisis? YOU so called 99% and your greed. Giving idiots the ability to invest in real estate again is the worst thing we can do.
  2. How do you get started doing what he is doing?

  4. good, bc when power comes back to people, we have more responsibility to ourselves, each other, and our world.
  5. Great Talk! he's right. this is pretty much the future.
  6. #Jacob Wagschal I am truly impressed and sad at the same time haha. I thought about this a while back, so I decided to change my majors in school from architecture to real estate development. So part of me is like my hey that's my idea... But the other part is like great minds think alike! @Nick N
  7. great video!!!!
  8. Good idea. I wouldn't do it myself but we'll see how this plays out in the future.
  9. Very interesting idea about using crowdfunding to build in your hometown. Now if only city planning depts would help developers instead of getting in their way.. like they used to back in the 1980's.
  10. I really liked the point at the end. This could transform the entire culture. If more and more people had a vested interest in the real estate and businesses within their own city, it would keep more money within the local economy and I'd go so far as to say it would also lower crime rates. I'm curious about the requirements to be an investor as well as the SEC requirements to run an crowdfunding operation like this. I actually have a lot of questions about this whole thing. I think it's phenomenal!
  11. a guy said the same thing on shark tank. Its a scam.
