3. I love love these videos! I in the process of buying my next investment property, where I can work and live. Looking for a triplex or a duplex with a cottage. Your a real inspiration. My 1st property was a quad. My renters cover all the expenses (mortgage, utilities and I have a positive cash flow). Thanks always good to see real estate succes stories.

7. how about you talk about the dirty dirty and what people need to know about people and history. how white flight left the inner cities abandoned and was instigated by real estate investors. tell the people about capitalizing on the banks taking the family farm and foreclosed homes. your here instigating ie trying to creating a market so you can sell "flip" your props. if you want to rent out props your going to be dealing with people who own owning blocks, neighborhoods 150 uintits at a time.
8. Great comment Matthew, on other videos or podcast I don't remember which I go into the great uses of a property manager. PM's have their uses in our world.
9. Great videos! You should mention that people can get qualified Property Managers (PM) if they don't like dealing with tenants. I got my first three this year and use PM's to handle all of the tenants so that I can just concentrate on the numbers. Great job on your success!
