  1. GREAT video ! I have ameritrade too. I am using the paper trade think or swim, but I can't figure out something. How do you see transaction history, or confirmations. ????? Thanks for the video !
  2. Just wondering if you have any live trading videos on both long and short sales?
  3. Good shit man, thanks!!!
  4. How did you add extra chart tabs on the right?
  5. Why trade if the odds are against you in the long run--commissiosn, bid-ask spreads, liquidity problems, poor fills.Seems like TOS market orders are not instantaneous.Takes seconds to confirm. Are they sellign your order flow to cover for all the free paper accounts?
  6. Hi i have a td america trade account i use think or swim need help with my paper trade screener.I would like to set my stock bp to about 5000.00 its currently at about 120,000 i only have 5000 dollars in my Live TDAMERIA account. So i would like to practise with what I actually have, does anyone know how to do this? This will be for daytrading stocks only,no futures ,options trading...
  7. great tutorial but i got sea sick from all the shaking 😳
  8. These are super great comments by the participants: truthful, realistic and honest. Charts are wonderful; but are painted by the institutions, market makers and the new kids: HFT, with computer systems and software in abundance.

ALL teaching instructions from ALL authors are in retrospect and they would not teach from a bad or inefficient chart. This is the beauty of teaching while realizing the ugly reality of market life.
  9. I agree! It is confusing determining the fees. But TOS may have higher commissions but they don't charge for anything else so it equals out!
  10. hey man do you know how to place a conditional order in TOS ? cant seem to figure how to do that
  11. A very interesting view. Getting screwed is pretty much a given. However, I've found that 'Price Patterns' are a pretty good way to choosing a trade. But ahnyhow, your video is a big help to me for 'ThinkOrSwim.'
  12. This was very helpful, thanks for putting it together
  13. and please don't use a tablet to trade
  14. thank u for sharing this very useful knowledge, it was worth it to sit thru the shaky tablet .
  15. yu freaking awesome man been learn a while but yu just highlight some facts very important for my journey as a trader
no a good quality video but glad i watched this
  16. tos is ok. The fact that I can't track my option trades on the stock charts makes it annoying...you have to guess your stop loss. I understand that the charts between the options and the stocks don't synchronize but its frustrating that they don't at least have an option to synchronize the x axis with the option price you are considering trading. Also the closing trades and stop losses count towards your buying power which is redundant and completely irrational...ie you cant close out an option because it will overdue your buying power unless you cancel out your stop loss. Makes no sense but it IS an easy work around. The x axis is my worst complaint.
  17. It's called free screen capture software.
  18. I don't see what's so difficult about following trends... the biggest thing is knowing what affects what stock and observing past trends.. regardless of this common sense I suspect the entire stock market is a giant scam ran from within.. not giving my money to some online black hole of a program designed to separate my money from my wallet.. no way not me.. those fuckers behind the curtains control it all once you hand it to them
  19. Thanks for sharing pal.
  20. "don't be so stupid" should be your opening line, you are absolutely right about the message some of the 'gurus' send. no one is going to able to buy a Ferrari scalping with a small acct
