Fig is a massive ethical problem as it is, and Tim hosting a project is just too much of a problem considering his past and the control he has over this project.
Also, Tim mentioned that it cost him 11 million to make Psychonauts 1. He didn't take into account that these days, it's probably gonna cost a lot more. The reason? Voice acting. Voice talent these days costs a lot more than a decade ago. He's gonna have to pay big, especially if he has a lot of characters.
