When a person begins to take note of how they choose to spend their energy, this is an excellent way to reclaim their life back from the cluster B. #2 Incorporate a healthy lifestyle. This is another way to spend some time to focus on what your desires and needs are instead of choosing to invest your time and energy into the unrealistic expectations of the narcissist. #3 Consider how you choose to spend your time and energy. Taking some time out to invest in you for a change will help to build a stronger support base. You may notice that by investing and conserving your energy wisely may prove to be a game changer for you as you thrive forward past abuse.
