  4. I used options a lot and this is a well done video. It limits risk and you can SELL the option too. Once I gave $500 for an option and an hour later I had coffee with a fellow investor to who I sold the option for $2,000. A quick clear $1,500 and helped him out. You might want to use your IRA with an IRA-LLC.

  6. how did you get the lender the finance 220k if your not seasoned on title as the seller? Marc
  7. Great question! I did not have to use transactional funding.. I was able to do a double closing (dry funded) where the buyers funds funded my purchase price of 188k.
  8. Tim- transactional funding cost about 2 thousand dollars , how or where do you get it for free !!! 188.000 plus 32.000 =220.000. wheres the cost deduction for the funding ?.
