7. I' m surprised that Belgium not is on the list since the gouvernement don't want to pay to close two nuclear powerplants with cracks and four nuclear powerplants that are of the oldest of Europe and don't want to stop selling weapons to saudi arabia. (They will do everything for money)

13. Corruption is the people, not the country. Like this public servant Chong Ket Pen, together with Hadenan Abdul Jalil, are two partners in Malaysia public road construction and maintenance contract raiders. Billions of dollars were taken from the people of Malaysia, and the criminals are pretty much still alive, using their illegal money to cover up and suppress their competitors and rivals, to keep the graft institution alive. Such a big lie could still exist, count Malaysia among the top 10 no doubt.
14. It used to be that Nigeria was considered "the most corrupt". Have things gotten better there?
15. This is lie , last 2016 before current president why Philippines is not part of top 10 corrupt countries ,the previous administration is totally incompetent. But anyway that is past already I happy now with new president. Peace..
