Top Books About Investing and Penny Stocks

There are tons of books about investing in stocks. So many in fact, that you could waste a decade just going through them. That's why it is so important to use your time right. Specific books will give you the knowledge and tools that you need to become an incredible investor. On the other hand, if you're learning the wrong things from the wrong books, it can actually be counterproductive and quite costly, in terms of both time and money. Now, not all of these books will not be about penny stocks specifically, but each of them has certain aspects and concepts which will help you to profit when you're trading low-priced, speculative shares. I'm also going to tell you about one book which was not that groundbreaking or incredible, but it was one of my favourite books about penny stocks which I when I got started. 1. I have just finished reading Penny Stocks For Dummies, and I plan on reading it all over again. Not because I didn't get it, but because it brought such clarity in an easy to understand format. I don't read books all that much, but this one was hard to put down. It covers all the bases and then some. I used a YELLOW highlighter while reading the book and it now has many pages streaked with yellow lines. The book is a great tool to have in your trading toolbox.
  2. Would you invest in MJ stocks ?
  3. Is your dummies book good for a beginner that has never even traded before ?
  4. mlask mlask
  5. Thanks for the list of books. I am going to try to read those in the near future. What do you think about A Random Walk Down Wall Street?
  6. Great list. If you're looking for more of an inspirational type of investing book, check out Millionaire Traders by Kathy Lien / Boris Schlossberg. It won't teach you how to invest, but it will tell you some great stories about traders who started out with next to nothing and eventually became millionaires. But you still have to learn how to trade to do so yourself, it doesn't just happen over night. I found learning technical trading was the easy part...... it's the psychology of trading that is the hardest part. ;)
  7. Great vid Peter, the "Intelligent Investor" was the very first booking on investing I ever purchased, I plan on reading the Peter Lynch one as well, he's one of my favourite, I watch all his interviews and appearances. Oh and Pennystocks for dummies is a must read too haha, I read some of it but still need to finish.
  8. Thanks Peter this was just the video I was waiting for I plan on reading all of these books before I start paper trading ! ( fyi to everyone watching penny stocks for dummies is a great book I highly recommend it).
