When housing in Canada (especially Toronto and Vancouver) goes back down to something more like it's long-term historical value, guys like this just get to walk away with a whole bunch of money. stop making videos, and say "oh, who could have known?". Interest rates will be going up, and all the people who bought houses this year and the past couple of years will be left with a huge debt that will crust them. He doesn't want to hear any negativity though, reality is negative I guess. He just wants to fleece people in the short term, nice guy though
