트럼프 압박받은 日도요타, 美생산공장에 1조5천억원 투자 Japanese automaker Toyota is planning to invest more than one-point-three-billion U.S. dollars to upgrade its plant in Kentucky. Toyota says the overhaul is the company's largest-ever investment into one of its existing manufacturing facilities in the U.S. The investment is part of a larger plan to invest ten billion dollars in the country over the next five years. President Trump had criticized the automaker earlier this year for its plans to build a new factory in Mexico. Following the latest announcement, Trump said it's evidence manufacturers are now confident the economic climate has greatly improved under his administration.
