  1. Guy in the pink shirt. I only got like 7 minutes in to this because I wanted to smack you. Stop interrupting with random shit.
  2. let tom talk geez
  3. omg this guy is over doing it..
  4. I had to comment again because it's hard to watch this video. He doesn't know when to shut his mouth and move the video and message forward.
  5. Who is the guy that kept talking too much? He's annoying.
  6. It's like Warren Buffet says, "some people read Playboy. I read annual reports." I't all about time management.
  7. I have just recently started watching your videos and it seems the titles for your videos are click bate. This video for instance had zero information on how someone with a full time job could learn how to trade. You don't ever talk about HOW someone with a full time job could learn or begin how to trade. Are you here to help or just get views? #FRUSTRATEDWITHYOU
  8. Presenter needs to learn to be quite. Spoke way to much.
  9. Ratigan is tedious, but he makes a good point. Tom didn't really detail his answer, nor did Ratigan ask him to.
  10. Fucken annoying presenter!!! I couldn't watch 5minutes of this interview!!
  11. I work 60+ hours a week, but I trade in the morning before work, during lunch breaks, and even bathroom breaks. It takes like 2 minutes to place an options trade. Figure out a strategy that works and execute every day. Example: placed a 10 naked put contracts (sell to open) on Chevron which took one minute and closed my position in the afternoon for close to a 50% market value gain. Total time was 3 minutes.
  12. It's not a good idea to actively trade while working full time, unless you have a job that allows you to constantly monitor the market and adjust your positions instantly, or you work hours that don't overlap with market hours. Tom is being disingenuous here. Keep in mind the tastytrade business model is not to teach people how to trade. It's to develop more 'valuable' clients for brokers. Tom has admitted this indirectly numerous times. He says that dollar cost averaging doesn't work, when that's all he does when he trades. He buys and sells tranches of securities throughout the day to establish positions. That's dollar cost averaging and it works, which is why he does it. He says things are good, then a few months later says they're bad. I've been following tastytrade for 4 years now and the methods he suggests change over time. While there is a lot of value in the tastytrade methods, traders should beware and take everything with a grain of salt. Remember, tastytrade is a business, not some benevolent charity.
  13. I genuinely miss the Fast Money days with Dylan Ratigan as the host...with Guy Adami, Tim Strazzini, Jeff Macke & Eric Bolling...lightning in a bottle.
  14. Who the hell is this guy. Let Tom speak at least. listen to the wisdon i/off interrupting and displaying your failures and lowly life.
  15. Where do I start to learn the trade ?  - Thanks for the guidance.PS. I live in Europe
  16. I have a full time job, full time being a parent and a husband, as well as learning to become a full stack web developer, keeping up with Game of Thrones guy and I can do tastytrade options trading. I found the time in between everything, thank god I don't have to do the bullshit analyst stuff. I was a passive investor with RBC and managed to get a good return for 3 years , learned about tastytrade and converted some money over to a TD account to do Options trading. Yes I have lost money as this market has had huge crashes lately but I stayed small and I got through it with only a few scratches. I am not as active but I do manage to keep my theta above 0.1 per day, created a scan which shows me only liquid, high IV stocks to which I pick the best option strategy to go with and if I can get in at my price I do it. I write naked options and spreads all the time. I do this in the mornings, during lunch, and at work because really its only a few minutes to look it up and place a trade. If I need to know more, I spend time researching and the next day I place the trade or not. Easy to do. I am also under 30yrs old, converting some friends into tastytrades and impressing a lot of financial advisers.
  17. meeen! this doesnt know how to shut his mouth!!!
  18. Of course you can be a tasty trader and have a full-time job 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
  19. Dylan, you should challenge Tom to trade only after the close or place orders before the open. He would never be able to do it. He says so many things that are completely wrong, like why does he dollar cost avg his futures positions EVERYDAY! Yet says dollar cost avg doesn't work. It's because his dollar cost avg is called by him as working around his "core" position or "adjusting his cost basis" What a idiot! The master of deceit.
