   I have always loved property investment but times are changing
   BTL has given be a very good income and I have invested in this sector since 1982
   But for me and with positive cashflow
   ISA ,Stocks and Shares and Pensions are the plain winner in 2014
   BTL is no longer a easy game it takes a lot of time and a lot of cash to make a large business
   easy lending has gone and deposits are a lot higher in general than pre crash days
