Understanding the Different Between Swing Trading and Day Trading

There are advantages and risks to both swing and day trading. You can determine which to practice based on the current market. Swing Trading v. 4. If one are accurate enough, one can take advantage of the compound effect for day trader. In other words, day trader if in the right direction can gain more than swing trading given low trading cost like commission.

Hey Sasha with the swing trading if you are making money for 5 days straight how many days loss can you take before you exit the position i know you have always said in your videos one day does not make a trend should i exit after the second down day loss to preserve gains? i will really need your help on this
11. Guys, swing trading is the case :) Sasha knows what he is talking! I was scalping in the past and i am sick of it. It is not going to work long term. It is not a nice place to stick around for long time, it is stressful.... Trading daily and weekly timeframe is real freedom :) Thanks Sasha!

17. Good video Саша. Which would you recommend for beginner futures trader (Emini, soybeans) on a tight budget of , let's say, $2000 to start with ? Leaning towards price action day trading to start with. Is this a reasonable approach ?

19. since in both you guess the price based in the charts, Day trading is safer, because in swing trade maybe a new anouncement will have an effect in your chart analysis! If your guess for the price depends on charts then you dont want anything to break your technical analysis, if your guess is on fundementals then your guess for the price will take years to reach the level. Am i missing something? technical analysis is much riskier in swing trading and fundamentals cant help your swing trading.
