Hello, I got a question on how do you draw the baseline on volume to separate it from normal to high? just by eyeballing?
Hey bud. :) At 2:35 we already know that SM had sold into the up move based on the excessive volume, particularly at the high price, which is not a very big candle for that amount of volume..sellers. So to say they are not involved in the down move to follow because of decreased volume..I think it's irrelevant. Most of that is simply a slow time of day. They are already positioned short. Just a slow period before they marked down, most likely to test for buyers, which didn't show up in large amounts, then it was late day. Certain times of day will have low Volume, period. I find that people read too much into it and it throws them off. Best of luck in your trading!
