  1. How about the I-Fund?
  2. Awesome video, I just subscribed to keep up with your information.
  3. Excellent Advice on the Buffett's TSP advice to invest 10% G-Fund(Gov Bond) and 90% in the C-Fund(Common Stock).  Also, the F-Fund and S-Fund are very reasonable.  But, like you clearly mentioned it should be carefully evaluated given the current direction of Economy, Stock Market direction, and the age of the investor.  While on active duty, TSP became available to Military in 2002 and I took advantage.  TSP is an excellent investment for any investor, not to mention the tax advantage.  In a downward Economic Stock Market Recession the safest funds are the G-fund and F-Fund.  In a booming Economy/Strong Bullish Stock Market, the C-Fund and S-Fund can Greatly Increase/Grow your investment.  The Stock Market/Economy moves in up/down cycles, and the trick is to exchange between the funds accordingly: G & F-Fund in down market and C-Fund in a Strong Stock Market/Economy. Currently, my investment allocation is: G-10%, F-10%, C-40%, S-40% - Economic conditions could be Very Strong in the near future. IRA Question:  What is your opinion on moving some/most/all of my investment to an IRA?
  4. Great video! I was lucky to have an employee help me when I started. She stated to put everything in the C fund, since I am young. I still have over 30 years left (hopefully) to contribute to the TSP, and I am aiming to max it out next year and out. I have to do some number crunching to figure out how to put the most in early in the year (to get more bang for the buck), but still have enough left to get the 5% matching and hit $18,000 by December.
  5. I just started putting in TSP about 5 months back. just subscribed. what other videos do you suggest for a fledgling that has no idea what he is doing?
