I got into investing in stocks last year and I learnt a lot from warren buffett writings and speeches, the books he said to read is super informative as well.  But one thing I realized already is warren buffett is SUPER picky when he buys a stock.  I think that's the general advice I get from him, but also be super aggressive when you do find that picky thing.
