4. You need to consider also the Council Annual fees, Water charges , Strata levy , Administration charges etc as expenses for an investment.
5. Absolutely Right Man. US and Europe and others will continue to print dollars and will continue this scam. We are going to see terrible Demographic Cliff which will crash the world economies. Property will continue to be under pressure in the West.
