14. I have a question if any Americans can answer it. Here in Britain the lottery is tax free so if you win let's say 1 million you actually get 1 million. My question is if I brought a USA lottery ticket or was on holiday over there and brought a scratch card and won ect as I'm a British citizen would the rules still apply to me? Would I be offered the annuity option ect?
