1. Hi! I had a query. In the case of the first scenario, suppose the price of shares go above 50$, so now when the buyer executes the option agreement, then since he had a already paid 40$ in form of premium, he wil be required to pay only 10$ more or he will have to pay whole 50$ in addition to 40$?
2. practically.. how much percent is the premium compensation? ik it might differ with contracts but a general rate???
