  1. As a phoenix realtor, I agree you always make your money on the purchase for real estate; however, I as an investor prefer real estate over WAY WAY over priced ETFs, Funds, equities at their current P/E ratios...
  2. It also depends how well you know your market. I'm a Realtor a bought a sfh and rented it out for 25% roi after all expesnes. The deals are out there!
  3. Good morning Dave.
I just went through the forms at the end of your book. You reconmand that we should use cash for Gas. I go to a big wholesale store gasstation for gas, the gas price there is always 8 to 10 cent cheaper than regular gastation. There are so many people lining up for gas all the time. Using Tap-and-go credit card would help everybody. I know you said again and again "no credit cards". But it seems a good thing if we keep paying the bill on time. We can even collect some point. Am I in a trap I don't even realize? I DO trust you, but I don't want to give up critical thinking. Is it OK for some people with strong will to use credit card for some transitions or purchases?
  4. At the "buy" ..Light-Bulb!
  5. real time information. horrible time to buy, perfectly said.
