  1. You're misunderstanding blockchain and its relationship to Bitcoin. By design, central banks and gov cannot issue a decentralized currency. They can issue centralized currency which they control. The Bitcoin Blockchain is the only decentralized currency. Central banks will never replicate Bitcoin. Central banks are dead.
