    It doesn't require becoming a millionaire.  All being a millionaire does is increase your budget---but you still have a budget.

    Not everybody feels truly rich.  Take a look at these billionaires who are after world domination.  They have a big budget, but they don't feel they are rich.

    When you have the lifestyle you want, doing the things you want to do, when you want to do them.  That's being rich.  My budget may seem small, but I'm rich.
