10. Thank you Seth, as I have been looking at areas for months trying to decide what would be a good area. I have heard other people say to study which areas on ebay are getting a lot of hits and target those areas, however, I'm like you, in that, I'm a little sketchy about buying land too far away where I can't see it.

    Where I am at its usually 5-10years if you want to make a good profit.
