  1. i think you just said don't invest in almost any city, town or village in the US since most of them are economically imploding. What if i am from the US and according to your tips i have to invest in an area i am close to and familiar with? is it acceptable to invest in canada?
  2. Hi Ram, The big thing is whether the investing you choose to do fits with what you want to accomplish & how you want to live your life. Distance reduces the control you have over your deals. That can be good & bad. If you choose to invest in a market in a different country you'll have tax issues, costs to travel to meet/build/oversee your team, less control over what happens and a reduced understanding of what is happening there. However, you may want that and enjoy the challenge & travel.
  3. Hi Julie, I bought your book and I really enjoy the content that you shared. I am still starting with my real estate ventures and have attended seminars that offer really cheap properties in the US, specifically in Florida. Are there any concerns about this type of investing that I should be aware of? Thanks again for the book. I will try to write a review soon. Ram
