  1. wonder if all of rich dad's money has ran out yet. Great move and advice batface.... you bought all that silver in 2008 and you've had negative real return.
  2. he is correct in saying you will never be wealthy working as an employee..that has been proven.
  3. My same mentality
  4. been hearing this lie for years.
  5. Best lecture I've heard from Kiyosaki in ages. By the way, silver is less than $19 oz. 7/16. The other guy lost me after 5 seconds. Picked up on some of what he said as he went along...talking about inflation history. So what the hell are we supposed to do Chicken Little? Half this video he told me a dollar today will not be worth a dollar tomorrow. He says buy gold and silver, and when this video was made in 2013, he said paper money would not be worth anything in 36 months. Well, I still have paper money, it's 36 months later, and it does pay my bills. Just like some idiots I had for professors back in the 80's when I earned my MBA. They had no notes, just rambled on, and I learned nothing from them. Fortunately, I had a teaching assistantship in accounting, which paid my tuition and provided a small stipend.
  6. 1966, Dow Stocks were 995 silver dollars and 995 paper dollars. 2016, Dow stocks 995 silver dollars and $18,000 paper dollars. It's a paper debt note bubble. Stocks, housing, cars, canned soup, movie tickets are up in paper debt notes and the same or cheaper in silver money. Minimum wage was five silver quarters in 1966. That is $20 per hour today. Wages have not kept up.
  7. This is 2016. Looks like he is hugely wrong. He gives the date as 2008 and says silver is $15 an oz. Today June 2, 2016 it is $16 per oz. WOW. Great that we didn't listen to these people! We must do our research.
  8. the cost of jack's pizza at walmart has gone up $.25 !!

  12. silver 15 dollars an oz 2008 10.8 dollars an oz 1014?
  13. Although the video is informative, I think that a person needs more than these tiny tips to invest with success for their retirement
  14. 1980 the price of silver is 50 dollars but 2014 the price of silver is 17 dollars per ounce? where is the investment side keeping junk on your drawer?
  15. This video is from 2008, it's 2014 now! Thus, this video is BULLSHIT!!!!
  16. Your video is fantastic. Keep making great informative videos like this one.
  17. nice :)
  18. Vanguard has some good balanced funds.  Ex. Wellington, Wellesley, Bal. funds. I've been moving some of my gains to bal. funds.  I'm 64, about 60-40%, mut. funds to bonds.
  19. If you are looking for an investment vehicle as a retiree, you should look into trust deed investments which are backed by real estate.
