3. If there were houses for 80k in worth living in in MA or NH, I'd have a paid off house too. MA and NH housing that isn't a burnt out fire sale that should be torn down is around 300k. I'm not knocking these two, but this success story is also relative to their area's cost of real estate
4. I'm doing the same thing at 25, I'm diversifying my stocks in NYSE to be able to get a multi family rental property (hopefully at least a 4 Plex) keep it up!!!

7. Can't even find a mobile home for less than $100k in California. Amazing to hear stories of how cheap it is to live in other states outside of California.

9. I would say Ally. zero risk. Yes, it's only 1% but you can sleep at night. 2k for Dave is nothing to lose. For them it might be a big deal.
10. Not hard to pay of a house that's only $75-$80K. My $556K 2BR condo in Honolulu still has a ways to go. Luckily our real estate appraisals about 5% every year here.
