  1. should i always have my portfolio delta neutral even when the volatility is low? Or should i keep it neutral only if the volatility is high?
  2. I thought having some market assumption whether bull or bear was the right way to go. I haven't tested out having my portfolio completely delta neutral B weighted to the SPY, but you're saying it's better to be neutral than to have some degree of direction?
