  1. Its good that they pay little tax it helps their company grow faster and bigger and employ more staff, the more staff the more employees, the more employees the more tax from employees and less people without jobs getting payed the benefit from tax payers money.
  2. Parliament could enact legislation to stop it. It would be better if these shops were owned individually and not by corporations
  3. Well, you nations want they can tackle all these points. Where is the action against tax plainning?
  4. just to throw it out there. there $$ has to go somewhere---there are never "no taxes" unless you're spending heavily period.
    A company/person either spends on growth, or they are taxed while they save up for something.

    the only exception is a community which employs, feeds and houses itself. while the umbrella corporation pays "wages" that are offset by standard and personal exemptions.

  7. im not sure why the government doesnt do anything about this. We would be really well off if corporations actually paid taxes right now 80% of corporations dont pay taxes
  8. Right, so I really think we need to not blindly couple legal and ethical practices. Simply because something is legal does not imply it is ethical and responsible to the community and planet. These strategies exist because of high level lobbying and teams of highly qualified tax attorneys
  9. Actually there are stringent Transfer Pricing rules which make this illegal.

  11. Thats how banks and some laws work. Make it complicated in a way that you always lose and they win anyway. that sounds...should and can make be done illegal.
