1. What these seminar companies know is that there are many suckers out there to be tapped for dough.
2. yeah especially when they say you can't do anything without them serious brain washing. If anyone goes tell them you are unemployed have no savings no retirement funds and no family no money they won't touch you others will go and disclose their assets and leave the seminar broke.
3. well, i have been to a couple of seminars, and i can confirm a couple of his points. 1, the selling, and 2, the tv personality putting up his/her name.
   they always tell you, they couldn't make it bc of this and that. And also very true about getting info on the net.

I went to one of those events and me and my girlfriend got a free MP3 player CD or dvd information packet and that was it and in the end they tried to get $200 out of me to go to Workshop originally it was 500 then he went down to 200 right away WTF that is a scam I suggest that you stay far far away!

9. I spent $1147 for a 3 day seminar by Visionary Events, and on the second day they began flogging advanced training for between $19,999 and $34,997. Ouch!
10. You could not say it better....They do not care about investors...They care about their pockets. The presenters are not even investors. They are trained to present the crap and people fall for it.
11. I attended one of these free seminars (Visionary Events was the company's name) yesterday as a guest with a friend of mine. The young man who spoke was an incredibly polished, well spoken, persuasive salesman. But at the same time it was incredibly easy to see right through his transparent smooth talking line of bullshit. These companies prey on gullible, desperate people who are either deep in debt or need quick cash for whatever reason. Four words: Run for the hills!
12. i went to one today , nick vertucci's, it's really is a waste of time, but I did learn that I need to find a private lender and it has got me heading down the path of finding a private lender which dont really care about credit, that I hadn't piece together yet. So now I'm focused on how to find a private lender. So they did reveal some clues, but getting same clues could have been as simple as clicking on a YT vid instead of wasting 5 hours lol

17. I did go to a free seminar but that was just to sell their course, i never purchased it. The cost of the course is $1999 or if you purchase it with everyone else $199. A land lord told me 70% are going to get denied right off the bat because of their credit. So that stops them from investing. My incentive was a free lap top computer, of course I don't think there was any laptop computers being giving away.

20. Accurate!!!! Just came back from Chris Bedgood's Find, Fund, & Flip to Freedom Bootcamp Live 2017! 3 days conference in Anaheim, CA for $500. For more mentorship they selling Diamond package for about $39,000 onsite investments! This channel has better info and it's free! Detailed review coming up, if I find the time guys.... :)
