  6. I have some questions. I'm in the bay area but I want to buy some property in Missouri .I would like some advice because I want to stay I'n the bay.

  8. I see a ton of properties in communities that are really rough. I know there is money there, but the challenge is finding the management that will keep me from having to be hands on.
