It must be multicultural so that you can control countries by shuffling important people from all over the world employed in it. Now this company might not be as big as Alibaba and everybody can't be as big as that but the nice thing about Alibaba is that they are self sufficient and this it is very easy for the Communist Party to monitor them. They are so pre-occupied with what they do and have fun doing it, better than doing nothing and people just strangers not doing any singular goal. However the most important part is that they are self-sufficient and that makes them an asset to the Chinese Communist Party because they won't need to ask for anything more cause they have everything they need in their self gated community. The Chinese Communist Party can easily monitor stocks and just give them enough money to provide for themselves and those close to them. NO INVESTORS IN CHINA the last thing you want is royal babies cashing in on Alibaba and buying land and making beautiful houses and enslaving the Chinese people while blaming the Communist Party and overthrowing the Chinese Communist Party. This company might be small for now but as Africa develops and too many Chinese settling in Africa and together with Europe's African immigrant they are gearing in the millions to control with shadow bank western dollar, Africa after China worked so hard to build and develop Africa. Listen up China just like most of Asia this is the reason why Japan and the rest of the pirated Chinese will always be Western dogs they make the very few Japanese people rich and the next generation are mere babies and used as figureheads for socialist feudal white houses where they can use dollars and become rich, christopherfucking the locals and bringing them to their home country to prevent white people that are not related to them from becoming organised and powerful. They don't like empire or nationalism when it threatens them unlike their half-bred immigrant relatives who always do as they say. If you allow Chinese to settle in Africa before the locals are truly developed or too many of them that they will compete with the locals then they will agree to an economic sponsored Western Collapse and together with the Europeanied Afircans they will do drugs and make the people poor eventually the next generation will no longer be loyal to China becoming pirated Chinese. It is imperative that you do massive housing but not like the Western traps in cities, oh there is a better way to colonize Africa and you are doing the first step build and control key industries. Those Taiwanese need to be brought home to China and create their gated community they cannot be allowed to colonize Africa for the West the temptation is so high to exploit the locals, otherwise they will end up like Rodrigo pissed that the Americans come here and force them to build houses when all they want is to build houses for their relatives why should the Americans and the seamans have access to dollars when they are not working outside the country. Let the locals work and the leaders only a very few rich and their future children leaders employ them in China's gated communities later they will come back to Africa and do politics or business, let those Africans who want to work do their thing and unlike Rodrigo and his relatives here who want to monopolize work it start-ups must be encourage and funded by China once Africa reaches a certain stage. And don't bring African students in the millions to China just build Confucius schools in Africa Bring only those you plan to make leaders, military and politicians career families. And no numerous hotels springing in Africa because unlike in third world Cuntries where greedy people are made rich by the West so that they can hide money and have access to ENSLAVE AND MAKE POOR THE LOCALS, to build their own houses and lavish lifestyle even if no one is staying in it to justify the operations and yet theater houses who have more people coming in are closing SIMPLE IF YOU GET EASY MONEY WHY BOTHER DOING THEATER. TOURIST MY ARSE THIS PIRATED CHINESE USE THE WHITE FUEDAL EUROPEAN HOUSES AS SHADOW BANKS.That's right China the West wants dogs not allies, so be warned Chinese who plan to be masters of Africa, you will end up like Rodrigo just mere Western dogs, even if their relatives are high up in politics and own businesses that the West needs them to operate.

China uses too much resources and will use even more in the future, and any resource is a welcoming addition, Africans get railways, ports, security, malls and modern industrialisation, in exchange for resource.
