PS4 has been confirmed to not require an internet AT ALL. What you said is only a rumor, we should find out for sure at E3, but right now, its pretty much confirmed that it wont have DRM since it doesn't require internet. Microsoft probably started this rumor, trying to drag PlayStation down with it. Their a dirty company.
