I´m almost 20 years old and i live in Germany. So my question is how to get started in the real estate business especially in the house/apartment rental business. I´m learning/studying every day about real estate. It´s my passion which i´ve found for myself. but how do i get started in my young age and without having a lot of money, because buying a house requires a lot of money as you know. I know i could work in a business as you´ve told us in one of your videos to get some experience. But how do i get started in that business in a young age and without any money? P.S. Keep doing what you do, because you inspire me and you are doing great in what you do Evan. Love your videos they push me forward and i learn alot from them. Bye, Egzon. "

Hey Evan your videos are very helpful and universal. Anyone from any walk of life could learn from your videos. I'm 24 from Harlem NYC what most would call the "Hood" lol. I have no diploma and i live with my momma i say that because im striving to be a entrepreneur and your videos are helping me to find the right path on becoming a successful entrepreneur. great videos keep em comin lol
  4. Hey Evan,

I'm a 16 year old from Britain and I'd just like to say I think your work is amazing; for an aspiring entrepreneur such as myself, I really appreciate the advice and guidance you offer. You truly are a role model; I can't thank you enough for this channel as I seem to love everything you upload.

    So what's my question?

I'm all for injecting passion into the business (as your videos promote) but as a business person, when is it time to call it quits? Is it always a case of plugging away until you get that lucky break?

I understand many successful people encounter failure, but how do you distinguish between blind ignorance and picking yourself up to strive towards an eventual goal?
